Pretty sure Viejas is already on the floor. I'm talking about a straight up, NASCAR style ad. Fresno - Save Mart Center and Table Mountain ad Boise - Taco Bell Arena and Idaho Central ad New Mexico - no naming but Verizon ad Nevada - no naming but Les Schwab Tire ad UNLV - Thomas & Mack and Findlay Chevrolet ad Wyoming - no naming but Pepsi ad AFA - No ads CSU - No ads The department needs to approach Toyota, Qualcomm, US Bank to see if they want to upgrade their sponsorship. Or they need to reach out an auto parts, gasoline, or hotel chain about a new partnership. We need money. Make the whole arena look like a euro league game or NASCAR race car for all I care.

As a 12 ticket holder in the same seats, I have no problem with them raising my ticket prices. I've had such a bargain for so many years.
Go Aztecs!

I also think it would be cool if they put #Aztecs or goaztecs along the sideline in front of the team benches like other programs have done. Not necessarily to make money, but to generate interest and attention

We will have an advertisement on the floor by the end of the year. Only 2 other teams in the conference have virgin floors (CSU and AF). Pretty sure Viejas is already on the floor. And Jack in the Box is on the ceiling

I don’t think we’ll go backwards.
Time to get a new phrase.

Nice that Fish is out there begging for money when we're flat broke and have no future revenue stream. Maybe he can go tell people that he handed out tickets to games when we've averaged over 5900 for the past decade a few more times.

No MBB ticket should cost less than the equivalent price of going to the Old Glob. How about doing a better job of marketing sports other than Football and MBB?

These sh*t for brains wouldn't have to worry about funding hoops if they hadn't just volunteered to send us into one of the lowest-paying football leagues in the country. That said, some of the basketball tickets are indeed priced too low. Sterk is right about that much. When you move to Siberia you shouldn't ask someone to buy you a parka. But, the ticket prices should have gone up to meet demand this year

Practice facility. Lol, that's a bit ambitious. I think Fish would be lucky for the program to have enough money to pay it's coaches a market wage. Anything more than that is a bonus. //Sent from my GS3 // I don't think we're paying "market" wages now.

They are still clearly a$$ hurt. Nope, just realizing that this is the first example of what those that were explaining to you that we are in a deep financial bind that you haven't even seen yet. Sorry you are limited in your vision. Doesn't matter anyway, we are stuck for now. In the market for a good airport meeting.

I'm glad ticket prices are going up. We need to clean up some of the trash at viejas and replace with people who have money. WTF does this mean? I've had season tickets for 12 years and amone of the most passionate fans on this board and at the games but if I don't have money to pay $500/seat I am trash? Seriously, get real. If they raise my seat prices from $130 to say $180-$200, I think that's fair and I can live with that. How 'bout rewarding some loyalty to those fans who came to games when they were losing more than winning.

Been buying season tickets for years and I will gladly pay more to help the program.
Also, the basketball practice facility is more of a reality than you think...
