Man, I wish LBF would "get better quickly" so he could play. I've always liked the kid and never thought he got a fair shake. We need assists and the guy's got an old-school pass-first mentality I think. It would be nice to see a "true" PG play if X can't go.

LB is probably the only one that knows the true story. But I wouldn't count on any minutes from him. I'm sure Coach Fisher knows what is going on but is keeping silent out of deference to the young man. As fans, it's hard for us not knowing especially when we believe LBF could help out a struggling team.

Why does LBF have to back up Shep?? Why can't we run a 4 guard line up like last season?? LBF Chase Shep Maal Stephens would be a very explosive line up.. Then X comes back and obviously gets hit spot back.. That leaves LBF Rahon JJ & Spencer available to fill in.. I keep the rotation like that and always have 1 starter in with these 4 subs..

Does any one know if LBF was attending practices while he was on "leave of Absence" . If he did not attend practices , then would guess he was not going to be allowed to suit up until he earned his way back on the squad.

If he's able to attend class then why the heck can't he attend practice when dealing with "personal matters"? Seems like he may be a bit of a head case right now who is eating up a scholarship without fulfilling his end of the bargain. He probably should have transferred at mid-year. It would have freed up a schollie for SDSU and given him a chance to get playing time somewhere else as Alec Williams found at Humbolt State. I would think that his very lengthy LOA has alienated him from his teammates who may feel he has abandoned them and can't be counted on. JMO...

Do you guys think LBF is better than Shep? He is at some skills (perhaps ball handling), but I think Shep within a year will be a much more complete player.
