I thought 45 got away with murder. If we defended at all we got a foul and he initiated all the contact. Cant blame him though if the refs are going to let him get away with it.

Pretty funny quotes from the CSU forum: "Franklin is talented....but a "look at me" tool Posted by: RAMaha on Sat Jan 12 2013 10:01:53 PM Message: Perfect for the NBA. Can't wait for him to fade into nothingness.." AND..." Shoulda kept those pistols out Thames Posted by: pilotram on Sat Jan 12 2013 10:29:37 PM Message: You almost got smacked by an unranked team at home. What a bunch of clowns." LMFAO Sent from my A200 using proboards There is a lot of truth in what CSU is saying....but the biggest truth is scoreboard.

That sorority drunk coach said something To Jf after the game that didn't look too flattering JF just gave him the "'c'mon seriously" He asked Jamaal to come back out of the locker room and waited by the Aztec bench after the teams had already gone in. He wanted to talk to Jamaal and looked to be apologizing. It may have been the only classy thing he did all game. I agree, saw that too. Camera briefly flashed on them after the game.

I couldn't understand that either. Iverson backs into our player and Iverson goes to the line??? Very frustrating to watch.

Again, Larry certainly would have toned it down if the refs had proper control of the game. Don't blame Larry, blame the refs.
If they warned him that a T was coming if he did not calm down and then never administered the T, then it is on the refs. Notice that when the game got tighter and tighter, his behavior settled down. The risk reward of riding the refs waned.

But yes, to some extent the refs are to blame for not having control of the game.

But yes, to some extent the refs are to blame for not having control of the game. You assume that everyone has the same class and dignity that you wish was shared by everyone. But there are people that think Bob Knight was a great coach to play for and a great mentor. Coach K being one of them, even though he never comes close to the antics of Bobby Knight. I think they are nuts, but not everyone is the same. Go to an AYSCO soccer game or pop warner football game to see that there are plenty of people that dig what Larry is dishing out as "coaching".
