Reading ajerseyguy.com/ one sees a perfect opportunity to form a new conference with the mentioned programs and add back in Boise and perhaps invite BYU and UNLV. It would be a decent hoops conference on top of a better football conference. Best part, no Thompson negotiating a media deal on their behalf. Thompson defeated the WAC and now the nBYEAST Were happy with C.T Seriously dude, did you finish high school?

Which is analogous to the Wehrmacht and the Imperial Japanese Military allowing Mussolini's generals to formulate their battle plans.

I thought MWC just signed a new TV deal. If all those other schools come in does MWC get a new, new deal? Or does the pie get eaten by more mouths? They can try but CBS holds all the cards. Not sure about that... I think any team coming into the conference would be able to sell their games like BSU did, basically it would depend on their agreement with the MWC, I think.

I think any team coming into the conference would be able to sell their games like BSU did, basically it would depend on their agreement with the MWC, I think. Only if CBS permits it. They can't strike that same deal with all new teams. there isn't sufficient money available. So either there is a false promise of these national bonuses, which I think will be much less than indicated, or just a completely unstable financial situation. No one has shown me otherwise.

Anybody who actually thinks UConn and Cincinnati would move their football programs to the MWC needs to commit themselves to a mental facility immediately.

How much would UConn and Cincy have to pay to exit the BE. BSU has already pulled the Bonnie and Clyde on the MW, so others would also want the same to be lured in. Would be interesting to get actual Facts from the meeting in Dallas . If the members of the NBE realized how much more they would have to bargain with the networks if they stayed together to get the best deal and even form an East and South/West division for Football and Basketball

If this is true and Houston/SMU do go to MWC, this is basically the only way I would be in proponent of going back to MWC. SDSU needs 3/4 vote to be allowed back.. Frankly they just dont have it right now - Craig Thompson Ya'll might left out in the cold PLEASE!!!

I've never seen a conference commissioner get their own "Wanted" poster before. He nails it.
