The TV gal said he wasn't hurt. I listened to post game and nada.
Does anyone here know why he sat out most of the 2nd half?

I saw him early in the 4th quarter, but about half way in, after we fell way behind with time running out, they had to go with the passing game instead of the run and the FB is a better pass blocker/blitz pickup (although some of the plays we saw didn't offer proof of that...). If they're not running the ball and need an extra pass protector, Muema isn't going to be in there.

There are no rules saying you can't pass to Muema.....why you wouldn't have your best player on the field is puzzling. Not only is he the best runner, he is the best pass catcher too.

I was hanging the lites on our tree and didn't notice him in the game after the 1st series in the 2nd half. I guess if he didn't get hurt, we'll be better next season

These are my thoughts. Sh*t, check it down to him, throw some screens to him, some swings. Heck, just get him the damn ball!!!!!

He was on the sideline for most of the second half because he doesn't play defense.

Maybe he's going to the NFL & didn't want to get hurt! He's not an NFL back at this point. He will be back next year.

He carried the whole offense in the first half. Then seemingly disappeared in the 3rd quarter. He came off field and was sitting all alone on bench...very strange. TV sideline reporter commented it was a coaching decision, not injury. This was still at time in game when the OC was stubbornly trying to run and our RS Frosh RB had no chance.

From Facebook: oh,and for you wondering teammates, fans, and audiences my coach did not take me out I took myself. On one of the plays I was stood up by one opponent and encountered a head on collision with another and the left side of my body started to tingle lol. I took a couple plays off but did not tell my coaches so that why there was no explanation. I wanted to change it up also because who could only guess what the Aztecs next play on offense was. Yes, I do question the play calling in the redzone there's no way we can drive down the field and not score when in redzone. Unfortunately the plays I took off we were sack/stripped for td and a fumbled snap which was capatilized for a td. All downhill from there. Well, we all learn from experience so hopefully better decisions next yr or more help from my bros.

Muema reminds me a lot of Curtis Brinkley on the Chargers. Super quick, great RB.
Kid is tough as nails so lucky to have Adam on our team.

good grief, the kid carried the ball 26 times for over 100 yds ....again. More yards than any other back that the p*****s played this year. Chase was not an answer and was not playing well plus dropped a short pass for a sure TD. He was easily our best Offensive player...if everyone played as well as Muema last night we would have a victory. Anyone questioning his character, effort or determination needs a lobotomy.

Muema = beast. Hope the guy is ok. boy that game unraveled fast! Crazy how deep we are at RB only to, at the most inoppertune time, be so thin...
