Tim Floyd has been a family friend for YEARS. Uncle played at UTEP. Hamilton stayed loyal. Which is actually nice to see for once on the recruiting trail. The good thing is recently there has been news of Daniel Hamilton not necessarily being a packaged deal. Him being a year younger I'm sure his recruitment is at least a year away. Family probably needs a break right now. Whoa that's interesting, always thought they were for sure a package deal

Whoa that's interesting, always thought they were for sure a package deal "A lot of people don't know this but Tim Floyd has been a close friend to the family. He coached my uncle (Kevin Hamilton) at UTEP and he has been real good friends with my grandmother who just passed away. I just felt I should go with someone I should trust and feel that I know so that's why I went with UTEP." -Isaac "Also, didn't put in the article because it was already long enough and I was trying to focus on Isaac. But, he has backed off a bit from statements that his brother would likely follow him. He told me last night "Daniel is his own man. He's not going to do what anybody tells him to do or go to a school just to follow me." From E. Bossi who runs Rivals Recruiting.

It makes me wonder if the way Isaac handled this process is going to turn some teams off for Daniel - guilty by association? It really seemed like he was stringing everyone along and the fact he wore the Bruin blue sweater and gold bow tire, well that was bush league, IMO.

Wearing the Bruins team colors? I'm sure that was coincidental.

Daniel will join his brother at UTEP. I'm sure that's already a done deal.
