Is it mental or physical?

I'm not sure. He's a shooter that can't make a basket. His stroke looks pretty good to me, with nice ball rotation, but its just not going it.

Glass eyes and jaw agape. Just like a boxing match before one of them gets their lights turned out.

Mental or physical? Both. He's not squaring up and setting his feet anymore. When he squares up to the basket he's money. But he's not doing it. And now it's gotten completely into his head and he has no confidence left.

Rahon will probably see LBF minutes next year.

If the shooter cant shoot, what else is there to do... he doesn't have any inside game.. I rather see Stephens in his place.

Costly turnover, ball off foot, late in the game. What, 1-8 from the field? Really cost his team this afternoon. That said, it's college ball. He is just a kid.

It's easy. Last year we played inside out, he was getting open looks. We have no bigs this year that kicks the ball out. The offense is run a little different.

It's not his shooting.
It's not SDSU's offense.
The defensive intensity of Rahon and the team level has fallen off a cliff.

Lost confidence, he needs to see Dr. Michael Dean the hypnotist!

Nothing except he had to move from a role player to a starter and Rahon is not a top 25 team starter. He is a role player plain and simple or a starter on a team like USD. Next year back to the bench for Rahon. Too many horrible games to count from Rahon.

Someone with as little basketball experience as he has will struggle on the defensive end against a team like AF.

He isn't playing at a starting level. He is a good role player, so I think Fisher needs to take him out of the starting lineup and put either Green or Stevens in. This will give us a taller lineup and hopefully, if Rahon does do better as a role player, give us some explosion off the bench.

At this point I would be in favor of benching him in favor of Green or Stephens. The guy has played pretty good defense (today excepted), but he has been a serious liability on offense. Until he gets that worked out, he needs to be limited in his minutes.

I don't know from where all the initial excitement in Rahon came in the first place. He has always seemed like a 6th man to me. A good shooter when open, that's really it. This year has been good for him because it helped us all see if he could do more than that, but to me it's just been disappointment after disappointment.

I couldnt really answer that, I just hope coach Fisher finds a way to get the bigs more involded, that way if they cant penetrate they can kick it out to the guards.. Atleast try something different
