He had limited snaps last year.. and had 1 "big game" of 100+ yards and 2 touchdowns. Overall I think it was like 40 carries for ~ 200 yards.

You can bet he saw who were bringing in at OL position, for a RB and skill position player, that shows how serious we are about winning (and keeping RBs healthy).
Before leaving Oregon there was talk he was going to be the next LeGarrette Blount because of his size.
We can use a bruiser on goal line Power-I dives.

this is a silly thread we are eyeball deep in running-backs. There is not single bit of evidence saying he is transferring to SDSU.

Could fill the void until Baxter can play in 2013. From my extensive research (watching the youtube clip) - not sure he would be an every down back - seems to lack a little speed and vision - but would be a great power back that we can mix in when we need to be physical. Would be a great addition, we need more bulk.

After our opponent's D has been chasing around Kazee/Muema/Price/Etc around all game, we pound the ball with this guy in the fourth quarter with the lead and five minutes to go.

Granted there's not very many replies to the thread, but how refreshing that the Oregon fans are actually complimentary toward the Aztecs and are genuinely wishing us well. If this was a USC/UCLA message board (or one of the other snobbish fan bases) they'd be talking about how these players could only qualify academically at SDSU, our team will still suck, we're never gonna win in the Big East, etc, etc....

If I understand this right, he was plunging down the depth chart at Oregon, which let him go without batting an eye. He transfers to Grossmont and was unable to break into the starting lineup there. Was he hurt? What am I missing?

We can use more fullbacks. Chad Young will be graduating soon.
You should always stock up for the future.

Was he hurt? What am I missing? You're not the only one who doesn't get the excitement. If he comes, fine with me. If he doesn't, that's fine too.
