Who is the strength and conditioning coach? Because the Chargers have neither any strength or conditioning. I know that injuries are a reality in the NFL, but this team sustains more injuries than any NFL team I've ever seen.

They're dropping like flies. The Dielman and McNeil injuries, both players leading with their heads when they got injured, that falls on the players and the coaches.

Chargers will not be back in the playoffs again with Norv as coach. They use to have worlds of talent know they have role players and no strength on either line not too mention a passive coach who gets out coached. As long as the "braintrust" of AJ Smith and Norv Turner are calling the shots as GM and head coach, I fear the Chargers will not be in the playoffs for the foreseeable future.

AJ has destroyed this team. Its going to take at least three years to repair the damage he has done.
