Partial uneducated fear mongering. If you scram a nuclear plant from full power, the reactor cores put out about five percent of previous power for about five days. That means you need Diesel Generators and fuel sufficient to run the cooling system for five days. If the Grid goes down, we have reason to fear, but we have almost a certain expectancy that we will be able to restore power to the cooling systems of the plants. After a week, cooling requirement are greatly lessened.

The Dai-Ni plant is located to the south of the Fukushima Dai-Ichi station, which has been emitting radiation since March 11 when an earthquake and tsunami knocked out cooling, causing three reactors to meltdown. The Dai-Ni station was also shut down in the disaster.

The core from Reactor Three and possibly the core from Reactor One are experiencing partial criticality in the ground at Fukushima. The many reports of radioactive iodine being found in rain in North America and in Japan is all the confirmation that we need.

But before July, air radiation at most of these sandboxes measured lower than the safety standard.

There have been black out for four times from 4PM to 6PM. Now over 100,000 houses are out of power. Radiation level is spiking up around in Tokyo and Fukushima. * In Kawasaki, 0.05 uSv/h → 0.10 uSv/h * In Futabamachi,Fukushima,it’s 21 uSv/h now. Wind is blowing from South to North,and it’s very salty. It’s assumed typhoon is spreading the sea water around. Radiation is assumed to have come from the sea! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ This is a spike of radiation detected in the air. Since the winds are blowing in from the sea it would lead people to believe that highly contaminated sea water is blowing inland. That is one explanation. Another would be that Fukushima particulate radiation from those three nuclear volcanoes is being blown out and around by the hurricane winds and now more radiation is being deposited in Tokyo.
With each day they are coming closer and closer to having to evacuate MILLIONS of people as the particulate radiation continues to increase and increase.

Just another TEPCO and Japanese Government ruse to keep the sheeple under mind control. The Reactor Vessels have not been a serious consideration since March 15th when TEPCO knew that the Reactor Cores were no longer in the vessel. As I told you so many months ago, the cores burned their way through the bottom of the reactor vessels and are working their way deeper in to the earth below the reactor. That is the reason for the tremendous release of radioactive gases from holes in the ground outside of the reactor buildings. Those gases are contaminating the whole world.
