it will be important for you to know some of the do's and don'ts there.
First, if you bring a sign, don't bring one large enough to block the view of other spectators. They'll only complain to security and you'll be asked first to get rid of it and if that fails you be told to get rid of it and if that fails they'll get rid of it...and of you so you'll have made you point; whatever it might be, but you'll miss the game.
Second, in the student section only BYU students wearing BYU gear are permitted. This is to keep confrontation down so that everyone can watch and enjoy the game. Almost every game a visiting fan will try to sneak into the section and will get boot out...not of the game but of the student section. This rule only applies to one section so it's not that big of a deal unless you're a Rebel who wants to cause trouble. A unlv girl got booted 2 years ago and whined about it for the next 12 months. Its too bad her rebel education didn't help her to learn to read well enough to read the sign that told her she had to be wearing BYU gear.
Last, be as loud and boistrous as you can but keep it fairly clean. You'll see more families with small children at BYU sporting events than you will at any other university that I've ever been to and security has that in mind. If you come in drunk or high and make a fuss you'll be out in the brisk night air but this time of year it will probably only be in the low 30's so you'll live but you'll be damned cold.
Good luck on Wednesday; not enough to win but enough not to have any player get injured. I never like to see any player get hurt; not even a ute and that's a hard thing for me to admit.

I appreciate your attempt to be classy and respectful, but you come off as pompous and patronizing. The show has a code, and it has always kept the heckling out of the gutter when it comes to profanity. On the road you obviously need to have a sense of restraint, but I'd be surprised if BYU fans didn't disrespect the hell out of any and all visiting aztecs.

OMG, another thread by you. What the heck are you doing? Do you really think you will be able to stop anything from happening by posting here. Your borg attitude will not change us. The evil empire is a myth, you do not have mind control. Go back to your weddings, porn or what ever you do in your spare time. BTW, the state the purchases the most porn is the state of Utah. Look it up.

If you come in drunk or high and make a fuss... So you're saying it's okay to come in drunk or high as long as you chill, eh? Shocking advice - At BYU you must conform, sit where you're told, wear what you're told and behave in a manner appropriate for a children's show, and sit quietly when stoned. Otherwise you will be expelled. Gotcha.

And if you haven't been to a sporting event on the BYU campus before.. just be prepared for the circus that it is. I took my girlfriend (now wife) to a basketball game in Provo when Utah travelled down there a few years ago, telling her stories of previous experiences. She mostly laughed it off until she started noticing exactly what I told her to watch out for.
The one that never fails to appear is the white mormon gangster.

I have actually thought about making the trek down into The Bubble to watch the game, just to see two top 10 teams from our conference face each other, but then I remembered I would be surrounded by 22,000 zoobs. It's hard enough for me to travel down there every other year for our football game.
I'm telling you guys... if you've never been to a game in Provo, you should go. Once. The comedy factor of the mentality in provo is just plain weird.
You get a sporting event, and the unreal experience to be surrounded by all those people. It's downright creepy.
